Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates included.

Due to hygiene standards, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@talajewels.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship your item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international returns, please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges.
